Jim Brulte, who has served in the California Senate and Assembly, will be the speaker when the Redlands Republican Women's Club meets 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. March 17 at the Redlands Country Club. Cost for lunch is $25, and lunch reservations are required by March 10 by calling Laurie Tremain at 909-792-2501 or emailing reservations@RedlandsRWF.org . Those who attend only the program and do not have lunch do not need reservations. Brulte served in the California Assembly from 1992 to 1996 and in the state Senate from 1996 to 2004, representing Inland Empire districts.
